The central role of experience in our process
We are proud of the quality of the natural stones we provide. These high standards are made possible by two factors: an experienced team and strict protocols
Our quality control takes place in three steps, with increasing levels of attention from our team
Our CEO or Sales and Marketing Director carries out a preliminary check directly at the harbour where the whole blocks are delivered.
A second, more thorough check takes place at the stone-cutting mill, where our team evaluates all the stones’ features before giving the proper instructions for cutting.
A third, extra detailed check is made in our headquarters, where our operators upload all the relevant data into our management software. Any potential weakness and all the specific features of each slab are reported directly to the client. Throughout this process, good communication and transparency are two of our key values
Unlike other big companies in the sector, we do not resort to intermediaries or third-party companies
All the quality controls are performed by us, from the moment our stones land in Italy to the moment they are shipped to the client.
